HTC will be launching their much-awaited smartphone on November 2 launch event is likely to see new HTC U-series smartphone unveiled. As per the current news, there is a new smartphone which is making noise and is seen on TENNA, the Chinese certification site, as this is a good source of leaks, which is happening before the official launch. Also, the rumored HTC U11 has also been spotted on GeekBench benchmark site suggesting some information about the device.
The images which are leaked of the back side of the phone looks to have glass finish or back with a fingerprint scanner as well. The HTC U11 Plus is said to come with a 6- inch display screen. As unlucky, the TENNA listing has no other details on the forum and has only got the images of the speculated handset. On the basis of this leak, the HTC U11 Plus is expected to sport a 5.99- inch display which will have aspect screen ration of 18:9.
Another listing leak from Geekbench from a few days back suggests that the HTC will be launching their new premium phone in coming few weeks. The HTC U11 Plus will be that device in all probability. This device will come with 4 GB RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, and the smartphone will run on Android 8.0 OS.
Also, the Geekbench browser benchmark details about the HTC U11 Life goes on to say that the smartphone running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and being powered by a Snapdragon 660 SoC. There’s a 3 GB RAM on that one. Benchmarks for this particular listing says that the unit score for the device was 858 in a single-core and 4136 in multi-core tests. Given that U11 Life is expected to get launched with HTC U11 Plus on 2nd November.
The two devices expected to get launched on November second are expected to be a part of the “BrilliantU” philosophy. As these smartphones are expected to have squeezable frames, just like the HTC U11.
